Exploit Strike LLC ("Exploit Strike," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Exploit Shield website (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this marketing website only, not to any Exploit Shield product dashboard, API, or customer environment, which are governed by a separate agreement with each customer.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide. When you submit the "Book a Demo" form, we collect your name, work email address, company name, role (optional), and any message you choose to include.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and content-delivery provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection information, such as IP address and request metadata, as part of operating and securing the Site. The Site itself does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not use analytics or advertising scripts as of the date above.

Cookies

This Site does not currently use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking. If that changes, for example if we add analytics to understand site usage, we will update this policy and, where required by law, request your consent first.

How we use information

To respond to demo requests and other inquiries you send us.
To communicate with you about Exploit Shield.
To maintain the security, integrity, and performance of the Site.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information submitted through the Site only with service providers who help us operate it, under obligations to protect it:

Resend, to deliver demo-request emails to our team.
Cloudflare, to host the Site and process form submissions.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Exploit Strike, our users, or others.

Data retention

We retain demo-request information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

International visitors

Exploit Strike is based in the United States, and information submitted through the Site is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
